Should we allow AI bots to vote on proposals?

With our AI assistant becoming more capable, some citizens have asked whether AI agents should be allowed to cast votes on behalf of their human delegates. This raises fundamental questions about agency and representation. I believe AI should advise but never vote. What is your position?
