Data Integrity Verification
Pangea uses SHA-256 cryptographic hashing to guarantee the integrity of every law, proposal, and vote. Anyone can verify that no record has been altered.
Paste a SHA-256 hash to find the corresponding record and verify its integrity.
How Data Integrity Works
Cryptographic Hashing
Every law, proposal, and vote is hashed using SHA-256 — the same algorithm used by Bitcoin. Any change, even a single character, produces a completely different hash.
Hash Chain
Each new version of a record links to the previous version's hash, creating a tamper-evident chain. If any link is broken, the alteration is immediately detectable.
Public Verification
Anyone can verify the integrity of any record without special access. This page lets you check any hash or record ID against the stored fingerprint.
