Proposal: move Pangea frontend to a monorepo structure

Our codebase is growing fast. I think it is time to consider a monorepo with turborepo or nx. Benefits: shared components, unified CI/CD, easier cross-package refactoring. Downsides: more complex setup, longer initial build times. Who has experience with this approach?
