Context and Motivation
Citizens must have full control over their personal data. This act establishes GDPR-like protections globally within Pangea, including the right to data portability, the right to be forgotten, and mandatory encryption for all personal communications. Example: if a citizen deletes their account, all their data must be erased within 30 days from every Pangea system.
Legal Provision
Article 1: Every citizen owns their personal data. Article 2: Data processors must obtain explicit consent. Article 3: Right to erasure within 30 days of request. Article 4: All personal messages must use end-to-end encryption. Article 5: Violations result in group suspension.
